Before your first visit, you’ll complete your intake paperwork provides us with essential information about your health history, goals, and concerns, ensuring a streamlined and efficient onboarding process.

Getting the Process Started

Our comprehensive approach includes a two-visit onboarding system to gather all necessary information and create a tailored care plan for you.

On the first day, we focus on understanding your goals and conducting INSiGHT™ neurological scans, physical exams, and postural analysis to assess your current health status.

Please allow approximately 30 to 45 minutes for your initial visit. This time lets us review your intake forms, conduct necessary assessments, and discuss your health goals and expectations.

Discussing Your Results

During the second visit, our doctors will thoroughly review their findings with you, including all scans and recommendations for care, and discuss all aspects of your proposed care plan.

Before we begin, we make sure everything is clear—what we’re going to do, why we’re doing it, and how long it will take to get results. At this visit, we also discuss the cost of their care.

We accept HSAs (Health Savings Accounts), flex spending accounts, and all major credit cards. We make the financial aspect of your care as convenient as possible.
