Meet the Team at Family Roots Chiropractic
Dr. Ashley Rath, Chiropractor
As a mother of three and an entrepreneur who has built, sold, invested, and managed successful businesses, I understand the challenges of managing work, family, and health. I am committed to helping my patients achieve their wellness goals through effective chiropractic care, education, and supportive strategies that integrate seamlessly into daily life.
At Family Roots Chiropractic, I apply a comprehensive approach to health care that goes beyond alleviating symptoms to addressing the root causes of health issues. My practice is deeply informed by my background in neurology and my understanding of how lifestyle and environmental factors influence well-being. This holistic perspective ensures that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual’s needs, supporting not only physical health but also enhancing overall life balance.
Whether you’re seeking care for specific health issues, looking to improve your overall health, or need support during pregnancy, you’re in capable hands at Family Roots Chiropractic. Let’s work together to build a healthier, more vibrant future for you and your family.
Dr. Haley Reeves, Associate Chiropractor
I was first introduced to chiropractic at five years old when I would accompany my parents to their regular appointments. As I grew older, I continued with chiropractic care to help manage migraine headaches and various injuries sustained while playing hockey and lacrosse. Since then, I have been a walking testament to the benefits of chiropractic care and have devoted my career to helping others on their wellness journey.
When not treating patients, I can be found fishing and exploring local breweries with my fiancé, Hayden. I also enjoy Jeopardy-esque trivia, art, cooking, and learning new skills.
I am delighted to work with Dr. Ashley and her team at Family Roots Chiropractic and meet the great people of Spicer and its surrounding communities!
Lauren Tonn, Care Advocate
I am a rural, central Minnesota girl at heart. I grew up in the BBE area, and my family and I call Belgrade home. Prior to joining Family Roots Chiropractic, I worked as a CNA, PCA, and paraprofessional within different settings and had the privilege of helping others find independence and quality of life for themselves.
I have been married to my handsome hubby Corey since 2015 and we have since had 3 beautiful girls. Aubree is our oldest and is our wise, sensitive soul. Charlotte is our fierce, independent middle child. Hadlee is our youngest and is a complete wild card depending on the day. Our girls are the most beautiful parts of my day.
My life with chiropractic began after I had our first daughter, Aubree. We struggled through her first months of life with nursing challenges, torticollis, sleepless nights, and an overwhelming sense of discouragement and failure. I found Family Roots Chiropractic before Dr. Ashley even opened the office and took a leap of faith and set up appointments for Aubree and myself.
We began our journey as patients in the office and I quickly knew it was exactly what we needed. Aubree’s body began to calm, nursing improved, the thought of sleep was in sight, and I began to find confidence in myself as a mom and the new human that I had become.
It didn’t take long before I knew this was my purpose, what I wanted to do. I tried to help as many moms as possible find the peace, confidence, and hope I had found in Family Roots Chiropractic. Just a few months after finding FRC as patients, I had the honor of joining the team, and it was one of the best changes I have ever experienced.
Building relationships with other women and moms is one of the most rewarding parts of my “job”. I find so much joy in walking this journey with other women and their families and am so honored to be part of their lives.
Since I joined the team in 2018, I have earned my certified lactation counselor credentials, have begun hosting webinars and events for other mamas in our community, and can truly say I have found my life’s purpose.
Family Roots Chiropractic is so much more to me than “just”a chiropractic office. It has become a family, a place of hope, and a way of life, and I am so honored to be a part of it.
